Management Team
A shared decision system across architecture and engineering
Vercon’s management model keeps architectural decisions connected to electrical and mechanical systems, and engineering decisions connected to use, operations and architectural integrity. Design, tender, construction, cost, quality and handover are coordinated around the investor’s objectives.
