Testing, Commissioning and Handover
Documented proof that systems are ready for operation
Completion is more than finished construction
Vercon verifies that architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical works meet contractual requirements, perform their intended functions and are supported by the documents required for operation.
Pre-commissioning
Readiness checks, test plans, approved procedures, instruments, responsibilities and prerequisites are reviewed.
Functional testing
Systems, controls, alarms, interfaces, capacities and failure scenarios are tested and recorded.
Handover and close-out
Punch lists, acceptance, training, as-built records, manuals, spares, warranties and final-account actions are closed through a common plan.
Operational readiness
The result is traceable evidence that systems have been tested, deficiencies managed and the facility transferred with the required information.
Handover records
Completion, testing and transfer to the operating team are tracked as distinct steps.
- Test plans, results and outstanding items
- Defects, corrective work and acceptance records
- As-built drawings, operation manuals and warranties
The deliverables are defined to suit the project stage and agreed services.
