Vercon Project Management integrates architectural and engineering design with tendering, construction management, quality assurance, cost control, technical assessment and project close-out. Architecture, structure, electrical, mechanical, interior design and landscape are coordinated within one technical organisation.
The working model is based on independent investor representation, measurable site verification, documented decisions and transparent reporting. Local regulations and permitting requirements can be coordinated with international corporate standards and insurer criteria.
